Returns
- Products must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, unstitched, and in original condition.
- Returns requested after 5 days will not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during return transit.
Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, and if it matches the original condition, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be completed within 20 days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or cut-length fabrics
- Bulk or wholesale orders (unless manufacturing defect is found)
